Property Development & Regeneration
Waterside Property Development
British Waterways' property estate is valued at around £500 million and includes modern commercial and residential developments, 'brownfield' development land as well as boatyards, docks, historic warehouses, lock cottages and marinas.
We have a track record in regenerating waterside areas through property development and providing public space and benefits to the local community. Our team of experts work to make our developments attractive and sustainable. Over the past decade, our joint ventures have regenerated the waterfronts of major cities including Birmingham, Edinburgh, Gloucester, Sheffield and Leeds, as well as Paddington Basin in London.
